Volleyball Training and ProgramsMuch attention is given on the development of lower body power in volleyball training sessions. Physical training sessions focus on improving quickness, higher vertical, and hitting force. Defensive skills are taught to improve first step and to decrease reaction time, resulting in more proficient blocking and diving. Technical sessions are related to body position, decision making skills and game concepts in order to promote accuracy in all aspects of play.
