Tuition & Financial Assistance

The annual tuition for BCS Academy is $19,500 per student, excluding the $250 SAI Academy application fee.

Financial assistance may be available through SAI Academy. Eligible families may qualify for assistance of up to approximately $8,000 per year, significantly reducing the overall cost of attendance.

Any financial assistance awarded will be deducted from the annual tuition amount. The remaining balance will be divided into 10 monthly payments covering the 2026–2027 school year.

Tuition covers:

  • Full academic tuition through SAI Academy
  • Daily supervised academic support at BCS Academy
  • Morning and afternoon soccer training sessions
  • Use of BCS Academy facilities and training environment


Uniforms are not included in tuition and will be purchased separately through Flite Sports.

Students are responsible for providing and bringing a fully functional laptop each day for academic instruction through SAI Academy.

Payment Schedule

Students accepted into BCS Academy will pay their August 2026 tuition payment upon enrollment and acceptance into the program.

The remaining tuition balance will then be paid in monthly installments due on the 1st of each month, beginning September 1, 2026, and continuing through May 1, 2027.

Families will receive a tuition schedule outlining their exact monthly payment amount after any applicable financial assistance has been applied.

Step 2: Schedule a Zoom Information Meeting

After submitting your application, click the Schedule a Zoom Meeting button below to select a convenient time.

SCHEDULE A ZOOM MEETING

The purpose of this meeting is to help your family learn more about:

  • BCS Academy and our mission
  • Our staff and educational facilitators
  • The daily training and academic schedule
  • How the program operates
  • Student expectations and responsibilities
  • Tuition, payment plans, and financial assistance opportunities
  • The admissions process and next steps


This is also an opportunity for parents and students to ask questions and determine whether BCS Academy is the right fit.

At the conclusion of the Zoom meeting, qualified families will be invited to schedule an in-person campus tour.

Step 3: Apply to SAI Academy

To apply:

  • On SAI Academy’s website click APPLY NOW
  • Under Campus, select BCS Academy
  • If BCS Academy is not yet listed, please select Virtual
  • Complete all required application materials through SAI Academy

Please note: The SAI Academy application includes a non-refundable $250 application fee, which is paid directly to SAI Academy and is separate from BCS Academy tuition.

SAI Academy serves as BCS Academy’s accredited virtual academic partner and provides the curriculum, teachers, grading, transcripts, and academic oversight.

Step 4: Campus Tour

Following the Zoom meeting and completion of the SAI Academy application, families will be invited to tour the BCS Academy campus located at:

During the tour, families will have the opportunity to:

  • View the training and academic facilities
  • Learn more about the daily schedule
  • Meet members of our academy staff, educational facilitators, and coaches
  • Discuss student goals and development plans

Step 5: Admissions Decision & Enrollment

After completing the admissions process, families will be notified of the admissions decision.

If accepted, families will receive enrollment information, tuition details, and instructions for securing their student’s place in the program.

Upon enrollment:

  • The August 2026 tuition payment will be due immediately
  • Any approved financial assistance will be applied to the annual tuition amount
  • The remaining balance will be divided into monthly payments due on the 1st of each month from September 2026 through May 2027

Enrollment is limited and acceptance is based on available space and overall fit within the BCS Academy environment.

  • Are capable of learning independently in an online academic environment
  • Are committed to personal growth both on and off the field
  • Want to train in a professional, high-performance soccer environment while receiving an accredited education

Enrollment is limited to maintain a focused learning environment and provide individualized attention to each student-athlete.
